So, I'm 24, and during my teenage years, I remember stores like ASDA and Tesco being absolutely decked out, with entire aisles dedicated to halloween, floor decals, spider webs on the ceiling, etc. This year, there was HALF of a half aisle dedicated to halloween, with no decorations, and christmas stuff directly opposite.
