I’ve been on holiday recently meaning i’ve been away from a lot of things, including football. I’ve come back to read/see that Manchester City have threatened youtubers legally by issuing Cease and Desist letters regarding the 115 charges. That is insane. It also makes me think this is why Sky Sports and TNT avoid the elephant in the room (115). I’ve never seen a club threaten YouTubers like this. I’m not the biggest fan of football youtubers but this is a new low, even for Man City. The Mother-in-Law has just inherited a pretty nice BMW from her brother. Within a week of it being on her drive, her neighbour has spotted two instances of a guy in a cap hanging around and filming/taking pictures of the car (unclear if the guy is the same guy twice or two different). It could be purely appreciative, where they think the car is cool, but we want to be prepared in case it's more nefarious. She has a ring doorbell, and the car is on the drive (nicely lit by a street lamp), but it's not caught the current guy yet (probably not been up on the drive). Keys are kept in an RFID case inside the microwave. She's investing in a steering lock as a physical deterrent as well. She called the police to inform them and get some advice and was told "there's nothing they can do". If you have a car or vehicle that might be a target for thieves, what do you do to keep it safe?

I have two. My gf and I live together. She was browsing through my past amazon orders to see what shampoos I got. Then, she found that I purchased a box of condoms at 2021 before I met her in 2022. The make of the condoms is of the same brand that we use. She confronted me and I confessed that the condoms we initially used were leftovers I bought for my ex. She was very upset because I lied to her (I did withhold the important information to avoid awkwardness and now it backfired), and because I used ex's stuff for sex with her, which she thinks is very disrespectful. To me, condoms are just things like pencils - no reason to throw them away if they work. But deep down I probably also know that she would have been uncomfortable had she known the truth. I apologized to her and she said she needs some time. Hopefully we wont break up for this :( TL;DR: TIFU when my girlfriend found out the condoms we initially used were my ex's leftove
