AMD Strix Point and Halo specs have been leaked According to HKEPC, a 144-page document featuring specifications of AMD Ryzen CPUs based on Strix Point and Strix Halo series has been leaked. The document confirms the specs of both products, neither of which has been released yet. AMD is yet to unveil the full specs of its next-gen APU series based on Zen5 architecture, so this leak certainly tells us a lot more. The ThinkBook TGX is a GPU enclosure that uses a custom connection based on PCIe Gen4 specs. The connector is very much like OCulink, and unofficially, it is, in fact, OCulink. AMD preparing EPYC 4004 series Will use the AM5 package.  Consumer Raphael chips will soon be available in a new variant. The data-center-oriented EPYC series is said to receive a new variant called 4004. The series will join an extended lineup of EPYC Zen4 CPUs, which now span across 5 segments and feature anything from 8 to 128 cores. At this time, it is unclear if EPYC 4004 uses Zen4 or Zen4c cores. AMD Strix Point engineering sample Over at Geekbench there is an entry featuring AMD yet unreleased processor. The APU, featuring an OPN (product) code of 100-000000994-14_N, is part of AMD's upcoming deployment of the Strix Point processor series. This information is confirmed by Family 26 and Model 32, as per the Geekbench listing. Essentially, we're looking at one of the first AMD Ryzen 9050 CPUs on Geekbench. As expected, the CPU offers 12 cores, all of which are Zen5, with four being of the Zen5 dense variant, according to leaks.
