by Neilyoung Yes you're never going to be able to eliminate those kind of inferences if open discussion is allowed and it is allowed so yes indirectly everyone at the table will know what cards you have anyway. I'm kind of ok with that in the same way I'd have been ok with openly showing your cards which may be a better solution for new players who don't know all the cards off by heart.
