by Doug Cook I do appreciate alternative play options in games. My concern is that in this instance, the designers need to be extra careful not to diminish the significance of our great founding just to spice up an older game. I own Founding Fathers, which is a great game, so a reprint is fantastic. It will be interesting to see how this counterpoint, as you say, works out. If it doesn’t, players will still be left with an updated version of Founding Fathers.
