Since the gameplay for Poseidon is the same as yours (advancing the temple track), I would call it "Poseidon followers" or something like that. You are right, that's better.mbsumo wrote:Hi, with Poseidon as the opponent now, I was thinking maybe replace the intrigue generic knife with an icon of Poseidon’s trident as well?Yes, I have been thinking about this too. by HealthyGamingNetwork Interesting idea and I am a huge proponent of playing games the way you want. My concern would be remembering the new turn order. Does the track somehow provide a visual indication of whose turn it is? Even with this, moving away from a clockwise or counterclockwise turn order for choosing actions seems like it would really slow the game down and present the opportunity for mistakes. I would make preserving a standard turn order flow a priority.Perhaps instead of your turn track you could create a small bonus for the player “getting screwed” to mitigate this problem (ala Feast for Odin).Or how about, in keeping with the clock theme, allow players to take the Starting Player action to change the direction of the turn order? So the first player there gets the start-bus and each subsequent player there can change the turn order direction to counterclockwise or

by Neojaw Nice example. I think both attacks target your partner because of the wording:1- Block your "opponents' attacks" (so both, yours and your partner's)2- "All attacks" against "you and/or your partner" target your opponent's partner instead. So you attacked AND your partner attacked, so both attacks land on your partner.

Thread: Tyrants of the Underdark:: General:: Solarion

15 April 2026 @ 3:07 pm

by Oezz Hey just letting people know that Veector, a big contributor to the custom fan-made content for Tyrants on this forum, has launched his own game. I thought I would make a post in case anyone was looking for other games that combine deckbuilding with area control, as they're remarkably rare (besides Eschaton). From reading the rules, you can tell it draws a lot of inspiration from TotU, although with a few key differences. FWIW I'm not affiliated in any way, but I've enjoyed both the Yugoloth and Spiderkin decks, so I've been interested in the project. If curious, the bgg landing page has more info: https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/322435/solarion-foundati....
