by grahamj What I've been doing is I'm using a deck of 52 cards and I draw one card for the temple and one for the villain and if the temple has a higher card (Spade, Heart, Diamond, Club for ties) it means the villain didn't make it out in time and the artifact is lost. For the adventurer I simply make an escape test.
