A game should have a fully functioning mechanism and if there are gameplay problems with the rulebooks or cards it is definitely a problem.I think a lot of people may not really understand the scale of what they're asking for. If you want an error free version of something with the complexity of LoE, you're looking at double or triple the current price. In my personal opinion I think it's a near miracle that it works as well as it does. I'm sure there are a few customers who are willing to make that trade-off, but AR stays in business because they're good at anticipating where the most customers fall on that trade off curve (and by exploiting the hell out of FOMO, to be fair).It seems to me that a sincere effort is being made to correct as many errors as is feasible given the constraints of how much time they have to work on it, and when the trade offs are right the

by Ensign53 I've said it before, I'll say it again, and beat the drum evert time.KSEs are anathema to good gaming culture when it's gameplay that is locked behind arbitrary doors. Alt art, premium extras, early/cheaper future expansions? All of that is fine. But if you have entire sections of your game only accessible to a few that both had the money to drop and the good fortune to hear about it in time, then that just kicks players for short term FOMO, especially when so much of board gaming spreads by word of mouth and "I played this at my buddy's table".

by kubaman From page 13 of rulebook, specifically under Paying Military Upkeep:"Note that no upkeep is paid for Leader units, as they do not come from the Power mats."So that's a no for question 2.Interesting point for question 1; I would say the Leader unit does not affect the power's maximum since the loss of such unit removes it from the map (including the associated card from the player's Court), and therefore does not go to a Power's unit track. However a Leader unit does seem to matter for the Military Hegemon count, so I could be wrong on this one.
