Thread: Embers of Memory: A Throne of Glass Game:: Rules:: Does reliving memories remove cards?
19 May 2024 @ 3:50 pm
by wasmoo
My partner and I decided to try this game again after many years, and I vaguely remember being confused about this the first time too.Based on the rules as written, Reliving Memories does not remove the cards in the mind. However, the diagram of Part 2 of the prologue does not have any chains of relived memories. (To get to Part 2, the last chain of relived memories would be visible.) Is the diagram wrong, or are the relived memories supposed to be discarded when relieved?

The cards are the assets (or liabilities) at the trade companies disposal, each card allowing the activation of an area to produce/move your goods. Maybe throw in a privateering system to spice things up a bit too!
