I have browsed this thread before posting this message because my question is a bit more specific. I have found the option to "Never combine taskbar buttons and hide labels" in taskbar settings as you can see in the picture bellow. The problem is this doesn't "unclump" those items in the sense that you can't place one before the other individually. When you try to move one of the "ungroupped" instances of the program, all the other instances move in the taskbar aswell. (See gif I attached) D

I originally bought this Apple computer without the fusion drive and just a 256GB blade SSD. Some years later I upgraded to a 1TB SSD (cloned from the original boot camp partitions). While I was at it, I also bought a cheap aftermarket SATA cable and plugged in a new 2TB SATA SSD drive (which worked, for a time). More as additional storage as there aren't enough USB ports on this computer. Then one day, it, the SATA drive, stopped working. I could never solve the problem and started using the SATA SSD on an external USB enclosure instead. Around this point I got rid of my Apple partition to give myself some more space on the main drive. I just never used it. It's still on the original SSD drive though in case I need it. In case you are wondering, I could never adjust to the Apple operating system, I just preferred (or rather got used to using) Windows over the last ~35 years. I use Yubikey and sometimes Windows Hello but never use "iphone/android devices". So it's annoying to see multiple options and even worse when my preferred option is not top of the list. I need any of the following feature: Auto-select Windows Hello and security key from the list. Remove iphone from the list Move security key to the top of the list

I am trying to archive some old WhatsApp conversations from 2012-2013. Looking at the exported .txt file many of the emojis are not recognised and are displaying the Unicode in a box like this:   This is E058, which if I google is actually dissapointed face (https://www.iemoji.com/view/emoji/18/smileys-people/disappointed-face). I believe over the years the Unicode has been updated and old emoji codes have been replaced? Is that correct? And now the current disappointed face is F61E right? Is there any text editor that I can use to find and replace the E058 emoji with the F61E emoji? How would I go about doing this? Many thanks

My MSI MS-16P7 gaming laptop from 2018 started reeking of cigarettes weeks after upgrading it from 32 to 64 GB RAM, 256 GB to 1TB NVME, and 1TB HDD to 2TB SSD. I notice there are brown patches on the heat pipes which neither a moist towel nor my nail can wipe off, possibly from the darkened motherboard area around the NVME. I don't smoke, but did notice the fan intakes were dusty, which explains why my GPU went to 100 instead of 70 degrees Centigrade during LLM inference. Limiting the processors to 95% helped temps stay under 80 according to GPU-Z, but the smell lingers despite lessening. What to do? Replace the very sticky and possibly sweaty thermal pads with one long new one and blast the smellier fans with compressed air despite not seeing dust in them? On closer inspection, it appears that the draft sealing pads right on top of the right exhaust and heat pipe near the left exhaust are falling apart.

SSH sometimes appears in state when process is not finished, there is command log from a server on a screen but in fact connection failed – user can't make any commands, command line does not respond. Or the same with SSH tunnels – process is running, but connection is lost. How to detect this case and fail ssh process to start it again or show alarm? Maybe there is some parameters for ssh binary?

It is known that the program informs the managed PC about the end of the session. But when the computer shuts down or restarts from TeamViewer, does the program (at its next launch) make it clear that the PC was turned off or rebooted from it?. Or will this information only be in the logs and TeamViewer will not give you any notes?.

I have a serious question! Why APIPA alway start with 169? Why it doesn't start with 120 or 195 or something like that? What is the matmatical purpose behind it? Thanks

Is there still the possibility of any access to a PC with TeamViewer and all its variants of this access (Uncontrolled through an account or without an account with a Permanent password, etc.) if the IP and provider have changed?. Or is a new ID or password given when changing the IP and provider, or all together?.

This question has been asked in the Audacity forum and elsewhere, but it has never really been answered for what I believe "subtract" means. My experience with the Audacity form has led me to believe that I will see a much better answer here. The instructions other sites give are to split the stereo tracks, which I have done; then select one track and use Effects -> Invert on one track, which I have also done. At this point, the instructions are to re-combine the tracks to stereo, and then mix down. This is where things go wrong: when I recombine the tracks the selection on the track select tab does not allow combining the tracks to mono: that selection is greyed out. On the main menu, under "Tracks -> Mix" the "Mix Stereo down to Mono" option is greyed out. It is only possible to "mix and render" into the same or another stereo set of tracks, which does not do what I would call a 'subtraction'. The tracks that remain s
