Motorola Moto Buds 2 Plus TWS earphones surface in leaked images
8 February 2026 @ 2:27 pm
Motorola unveiled the Moto Buds+ TWS earphones in April 2024, and after almost two years, the brand will follow them up with a new pair, called Moto Buds 2 Plus.
While we don't know exactly when Motorola will introduce the Moto Buds 2 Plus, thanks to leakster Evan Blass, we do know what they will look like.
Blass has shared a couple of images of the Motorola Moto Buds 2 Plus, which reveal that the new pair has a vertical design, unlike the Buds+, which had a horizontal design.

The images also show the Moto Buds 2 Plus in two colors....Weekly deals: Pixel 10 series sees major discounts, OnePlus 15 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra on sale

8 February 2026 @ 8:39 am
At the end of January, Motorola unveiled two mid-range models, the Moto G67 and Moto G77, and two entry-level phones, the Moto G17 and G17 Power. What do you think – can one of these be your next phone or do you have another model in mind?
The Motorola Moto G77 features a 6.78” 120Hz OLED display, a sharp 1,272 x 2,772px panel with 10-bit colors, HDR support and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. That’s great for multimedia, but the Dimensity 6400 chipset isn’t suitable for serious gaming.
The G77’s claim to fame is the 108MP main camera with OIS that has native 3x in-sensor zoom. It can...OpenAI's first hardware product will be AI-powered earbuds
8 February 2026 @ 6:07 am
According to a Chinese tipster on Weibo, OpenAI is gearing up to launch its first hardware product - a pair of earbuds, of course, powered by the company's own AI model. According to the report, the company decided to scale back on its hardware efforts for the time being, likely because of the rising hardware costs.
At first, OpenAI was rumored to be working on a small pendant or a pen, which is in line with the CEO Sam Altman's remarks about the device being more "peaceful and calm" than a smartphone. Especially after OpenAI hired Apple's ex-chief designer Jony Ive.
Plans have...Weekly poll results: most people still don't care about magnetic charging
8 February 2026 @ 3:37 am
Last week we asked you how important magnetic wireless charging is to you. For now, the majority doesn’t particularly care – at best it’s a “nice to have” feature for them but nothing vital.
The argument is simple, especially now that the whole world has converged on USB-C for charging – just use a cable. It’s faster and more efficient than any form of wireless charging.
There is a caveat – many of the people who reported that they use wired charging only also said that they don’t need top-ups during the day. These days, phone batteries have gotten quite huge, so finding a phone that...Weekly deals: OnePlus 13 is back with a vengeance, Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL on sale
8 February 2026 @ 1:02 am
There are two sayings that can’t both be true at the same time: “newer is better” and “old but gold”. Today, we’re going with the second one.
Amazon dug up some left over OnePlus 13 units – only 12/256GB – and is selling them at $700. Coincidentally, that is the same price that the new OnePlus 15R sells for (to be fair, that also comes with a $100 gift card or store credit).
The OnePlus 13 has the better screen (1440p+ LTPO vs. 1272p+ LTPS), better cameras (triple 50MP including a 3x/73mm periscope vs. no tele camera at all), even its chipset is better – the Snapdragon 8 Elite edges out...After Close Friends, WhatsApp is now testing Custom Lists for status updates
7 February 2026 @ 10:03 pm
Instagram introduced the Close Friends feature for Instagram Stories back in November 2018, and last September, we learned that WhatsApp was developing that same feature for its users. Now we've learnt that WhatsApp is also working on a Custom Lists feature for status updates, giving its users more privacy control.
This revelation comes from the folks at WABetaInfo, who discovered this under-development Custom Lists feature in beta version 2.26.5.11 of WhatsApp for Android. As the name suggests, Custom Lists allows WhatsApp users to create lists for different audiences who can see their...Spotify's About the Song tells you the meaning behind what you're hearing
7 February 2026 @ 7:32 pm
Spotify has been incredibly busy over the past couple of days. After officially launching Page Match, it's introducing About the Song, which it bills as "a new way to explore the stories behind music".
This new feature puts short, swipeable story cards in your Now Playing view, which "explore the meaning behind the music you're hearing". The stories are summarized from third-party sources "to surface interesting details and behind-the-scenes moments", the official press release states.
To see this, you need to open the Now Playing view and scroll down to find the About the Song...Honor 600 to come with a bigger screen and battery
7 February 2026 @ 5:21 pm
The Honor 500 launched back in November, but Honor is already allegedly working on its successor. Now some details about the Honor 600 got outed in China.
The phone will allegedly have a 6.57-inch screen. That would be marginally bigger than the Honor 500's 6.55" panel. Perhaps more importantly, the Honor 600 is now being tested with a 9,000 mAh battery.
Honor 500
That's 1,000 mAh bigger than its predecessor's, and for a smartphone of this size, it would be record-breaking. Unfortunately, no other details about the Honor 600 have been leaked just yet, but stay tuned and we'll let...Weekly deals: Redmi Note 15 series prices are falling, Motorolas also get discounts
7 February 2026 @ 3:11 pm
This week we will revisit some old (and some not so old) offers since the prices have been revised even further down.
A couple of weeks ago, the Redmi Note 15 Pro was €350 for a 12/512GB unit. Now there is a €30 voucher, which brings the final price down to €320. An 8/256GB version is also available, though since it’s only €20 cheaper, we recommend getting the version with more RAM and double the storage.
The Redmi Note 15 Pro has a 6.83” 12-bit 120Hz OLED display and a Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset. The phone boasts a 200MP main camera (1/1.4” sensor, OIS), but the ultra-wide (8MP) and...videocardz.com
