Item Management, Tactical Gear/Backpack & TradingItems are strictly divided into two categories with different operational rules:Backpack & Tactical Gear Items (Standard Management):Interacting with these items follows the original rulebook. Trading a small item (from your backpack or tactical gear slots) with another player in the same room requires a standard Action (discard 1 Action card). To hand over such an item, it must be removed from the backpack or unclipped from your tactical gear first

by JudgementDave From the (original) Rules p36When a Character or Monster is attacked and they have the chance toperform a Counterattack, all other effects of the initial Attack are resolvedin full before the Counterattack occurs. In this way, a defender with aCounterattack that has Lifesteal (that could remove their Wounds)may be defeated before actually performing the Counterattack.Following that, the initial Attack on Hatman is resolved (and any Wounds applied) before Hatman blinks and counterattacks.Hope this helps.

by avyssaleos Each Country is resolved separately so if you use Turkey (value 3) to Improve Relations with Algeria (value 2) the extra point does not carry over - you will still need to spend 2 Diplomacy for Egypt.That being said, you can use the first Country you get to pay the cost for the second one. In this example, you could exhaust Turkey to get Algeria, and then you could exhaust Algeria to get Egypt.
