by y-bot You are correct: They cannot be a PC, they have no agenda, they cannot be activated.When playing with the drones, you have one less player identity card in the deck than usual (just like if you have the Doctor, you have one *more* than usual).Drones become much more interesting/useful with the Digital Assistant/Exile/Stowaway in the game, because they have access to consol actions in and of themselvesWhen activating the drone via these consol actions, remember that you don't get a free pickup/drop off, because you aren't actually controlling them, just forcing them to do an action via another character.
