Review: 13 Leaves:: Moregenta: I'm Out (a Space-Biff! review)

13 February 2026 @ 11:19 am

by The Innocent MoregentaOn the whole, I appreciate CMYK’s Magenta series, which takes classic card games and shrouds them in oversized pink boxes. Don’t believe me? Uh, that’s an odd thing to not believe. Here are the receipts: Fives, Duos, Figment, and Fruit Fight. Now you can get back to the serious business of not believing the propaganda in your social media feed.Anyway, two new titles have now been added to Magenta. They’re both excellent. I’d even say that these are the best games in the series to date.

13 February 2026 @ 11:19 am

by doganpc Probably, but I have seen enough literal phrasing (ex. 2 spaces away min one empty between) to lean towards room only. This is quite literally a perfect example of why this game needs a DM's touch. It's written in non-native English and subtle cues like word choice (like inflections) go missing at times. It's the difference between saying, resistance to sword attacks and resistance to slashing attacks. Thankfully D&D has somewhat normalized that analogy, but where would a Rapier go in that sword situation?.. Table ruling.This sort of 'go with your feelings' is what Rabidwookie struggles with. They knew it before when they were waiting on the rulebook to get fixed. Now they have resigned themselves to clarifying all the confusing bits so they can finally okay the game correctly. Which oddly, is probably the incorrect way to play this game. 😂

13 February 2026 @ 11:19 am

by Jembo17 We play that if a hero takes damage then they have to test for disease. I understand why people are querying this, but the decider for me would be that if a monster had to inflict the 'wounded' status to trigger a disease test, then a hero who is already in 'wounded' status is effectively immune to said disease tests. Which doesn't really make sense.

Sony has introduced a new color for its flagship wireless WH-1000XM6 headphones. Not to be confused with the recently launched WF-1000XM6, which are the in-ear model. You get the same soft-touch matte texture all over with a fine speckled finish when viewed up close. Completing the look are rose gold highlights around the hinges. The Sand Pink is the fourth color option for these headphones, which were previously...
