Xiaomi Watch S4 41mm hands-on
11 April 2026 @ 10:31 pm
Introduction
The Watch S4 may very well be Xiaomi's most popular watch yet. Our S4 review's popularity can attest to that. But while the full-sized S4 was focused on customizability, the Watch S4 41mm is locked in on being elegant.
It's also quite feminine in both design and size. The 41mm model isn't strictly speaking a women's watch, but it is close enough. We found the watch too small for even the most slender of male wrists here at GSMArena HQ.
Ours is the Sunset Gold model, and it's the most special of the Watch S4 41mm models. You also have a choice of Black, White, and...Deals: Galaxy S26 series, Galaxy Z Flip7 discounted, Pixels get price cuts

...Here's what Google's NameDrop clone for Android will be called
11 April 2026 @ 2:20 pm
Back in November, it emerged that Google was working on an Android version of Apple's NameDrop feature, which lets you quickly share stuff between iPhones by just getting them close together. Then, in early December, a video showed us how it will all work on Android.
Now, newly activated UI elements have surfaced, and you can see them in the images below which also reveal this feature's name: tap to share. That's pretty self-explanatory and probably a much easier to understand name than NameDrop (which is fine to get you to think about contact sharing, but it can also be used to share...Oppo Find X9s Pro's global debut, design, colors, and memory options officially confirmed

Samsung...Tecno Spark 50 Pro and Pova 8 battery capacities revealed
11 April 2026 @ 5:20 am
Tecno showcased the Pova 8 at MWC in Barcelona in early March, but the phone still isn't official. However, it has now been spotted in a TUV listing. This reveals the fact that it has a 7,750 mAh battery, much larger than its predecessor's 6,000 mAh cell.
Tecno launched the Spark 50 5G in late March, but the Spark 50 Pro has yet to join it. That device has also been spotted in the TUV database, with a 5,800 mAh battery. While smaller than the Pova 8's, keep in mind that the Spark 40 Pro only has a 5,200 mAh battery.

11 April 2026 @ 1:33 am
AI Mode in Google Search has received another new feature in the UK, following its initial rollout in the US last year. It can now book restaurants for you. You just need to describe what you're looking for, and list all of your needs and preferences.
Google uses "find a table for two at a dog-friendly Italian restaurant in Shoreditch for Saturday at 7PM" as an example in the post announcing the new feature. There's also "find me a sushi restaurant nearby that has a table for four that also serves vegan tempura". You get the idea.
AI Mode will show you a curated list of places to...Motorola Edge 70 Pro and Razr 70 Ultra grab new certifications ahead of imminent unveiling
10 April 2026 @ 11:11 pm
Yesterday was filled with a barrage of Motorola leaked renders, showing the Razr 70, Razr 70 Ultra, and the Edge 70 Pro. Today, the Edge 70 Pro and Razr 70 Ultra have been spotted in two separate certification databases.
The Razr 70 Ultra with the model number XT2655-4 has been given the go-ahead in China by 3C. The certification reveals that it will have support for 68W wired charging. Incidentally, that's the same level as the Razr 60 Ultra, so there's no upgrade in this regard on the newer model.
Meanwhile, the Edge 70 Pro with the model number XT2607-1 has bagged the TDRA...YouTube Premium gets even more expensive
10 April 2026 @ 8:01 pm
YouTube Premium has just become even more expensive in the US. The price hike has already taken effect for new subscribers, while existing ones will see it in early June.
The individual plan is now $15.99 per month or $159.99 per year, up from $13.99 and $139.99, respectively. The family plan is now $26.99 per month, up from $22.99. The student plan is $8.99, up from $7.99.
The recently relaunched YouTube Premium Lite jumped to $8.99 per month too, from $7.99. While the full Premium experience removes ads, lets you play videos in the background, enables downloads, and lets you...Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 CAD-based renders leak showing a familiar design
10 April 2026 @ 6:33 pm
Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Z Flip8 has now been outed in some CAD-based renders showing it from a bunch of angles. It follows in the footsteps of its bigger sibling, the Galaxy Z Fold8, which leaked in CAD-based renders last month.
The Flip8 will measure 166.8 x 75.4 x 6.6 mm when unfolded and 85.4 x 75.4 x 13.2 mm when folded. That makes it a tiny bit longer, wider, and thicker than its predecessor from last year when unfolded, but we do mean a tiny bit - you won't notice any change in real life. That said, it will be half a mm thinner when folded, for what it's worth.
