Samsung Galaxy S25 series gets sixth One UI 8.5 beta, possibly the last
27 February 2026 @ 7:30 am
At its grand Unpacked event in San Francisco, Samsung launched the Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra, and all three are running One UI 8.5 based on Android 16. The company has been beta testing One UI 8.5 on its previous-generation flagships, the S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra, for quite a while now, and today a new build has been released.
Following up on the fifth beta, which came out exactly one week ago, the sixth beta is now here for those who are enrolled in Samsung's beta program. The latest build identifies as ZZAO.

Kojima Productions is the studio founded by the legendary game director Hideo Kojima, who created popular franchises such as Metal Gear Solid and Death Stranding. The ROG Flow Z13-KJP was initially revealed at CES 2026 but is now finally up for pre-order.

27 February 2026 @ 4:59 am
Realme's Narzo sub-brand is about to add a new member. The company has revealed that the Narzo Power 5G is going to be launching in India on March 5, and it will sport a huge 10,001 mAh battery.
If that number sounds eerily familiar to you, that's because it's the exact same battery capacity employed by the Realme P4 Power, which was launched a few weeks ago.

27 February 2026 @ 2:57 am
The OnePlus 15T is coming soon as the successor to the 13T launched last April. Today a new leak out of China purports to detail its rear camera setup, and it's disappointing if you were expecting any upgrades over its predecessor.
Like the OnePlus 13T, the OnePlus 15T will allegedly have a 50MP main camera using Sony's 1/1.56" type Lytia 700 sensor with OIS, and a 50MP telephoto camera using Samsung's 1/2.76" type ISOCELL JN5 sensor.
The only change, if this rumor is accurate, will be in the telephoto shooter's aperture, which goes from f/2.0 in the 13T to f/2.8 in the 15T. The...vivo will be showing the X300 Ultra at MWC
27 February 2026 @ 1:00 am
vivo's upcoming camera flagship for 2026, the X300 Ultra, has been leaking a lot lately, and today the company has officially acknowledged that it's coming soon.
The X300 Ultra will be shown by vivo during Mobile World Congress (MWC), which takes place in Barcelona, Spain from March 2 to March 5. The company bills this as the phone's "first global preview", which seems to also confirm that it will be launched internationally and won't stay confined to the Chinese market. This was rumored extensively before, but it's nice to have an official confirmation, indirect as it may...Honor unveils Magic8 Pro Professional Imaging Kit, we give it a try
26 February 2026 @ 11:37 pm
Honor jumped aboard the professional photography kit train today. The maker released the Magic8 Pro Professional Imaging Kit, made by partner Telesin. It fits the Magic8 Pro and adds a magnetically-attachable camera grip, and a 2.35x Telephoto Extender lens that brings the Magic8 Pro's 85mm zoom lens to an effective 200mm.
The kit consists of nearly 10 individual pieces. At the center of it is a case for the Magic8 Pro. Not only does it serve its photography duties, but it has built-in Qi2 magnets and what Honor calls a radiator grille design, which helps with heat dissipation.

26 February 2026 @ 10:31 pm
Google is introducing Nano Banana 2 today, also known as Gemini 3.1 Flash Image, following the release of Gemini 3.1 Pro not long ago. Nano Banana 2 is replacing Nano Banana Pro across the Fast, Thinking, and Pro models inside Gemini.
Nano Banana Pro will remain accessible to Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers for specialized tasks via the three-dot menu. Nano Banana 2 is also headed to Google Search's AI Mode, where it will be available through the Google app as well as mobile and desktop browsers.

26 February 2026 @ 9:01 pm
Apple is set to announce several new products next week and Tim Cook just joined in on the teasers with a short video clearly hinting at new MacBooks and iPads.
A big week ahead. It all starts Monday morning! #AppleLaunch pic.twitter.com/PQ9gM2Gl2r— Tim Cook (@tim_cook) February 26, 2026
Cupertino is expected to use press releases for its upcoming launches, with a total of 7 devices expected. The iPhone 17e is one of them, and it’s expected to be joined by the long-rumored A18 Pro-powered MacBook, a new baseline iPad with the A18 chip, 11" and 13" iPad Airs powered by the Apple M4 chip...Samsung Galaxy A57 and A37 EU Energy Labels show some intriguing changes
26 February 2026 @ 7:45 pm
Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra flagships yesterday. The company is also working on the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37 mid-rangers, and has been for quite some time judging by the number of leaks we've seen about them so far.
The two are definitely launching soon, though, and today their mandatory EU Energy Labels have appeared. These show 52-hour battery life for the A57 and 53 hours for the Galaxy A37, and both phones will be IP68 certified for dust and water resistance. That's up from IP67 on their predecessors.

26 February 2026 @ 6:01 pm
Nothing has already announced a launch event taking place in London on March 5 for the Phone (4a) series. Today, the company has also confirmed that the Nothing Headphone (a) will also be unveiled at the same time, as has been rumored before.
The Nothing Headphone (a) will complement the Nothing Headphone (1) in the company's portfolio as a more affordable option, if past rumors were accurate. Like the Headphone (1), the Headphone (a) is over-ear.
The company promises we can expect "bold colorways" on the Headphone (a) and the longest battery life of any Nothing audio product to...videocardz.com
