The Xiaomi Pad 8, launched in India in March, has received a price hike in the country.
The 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB models of the standard Pad 8, launched in India at INR33,999 and INR36,999, respectively, are now priced at INR35,999 and INR38,999, respectively.
The Nano Texture Display version, having 12GB RAM and 256GB storage onboard, is now priced at INR40,999, up from INR38,999. The standard and Nano Texture models bundled with the Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro, and having the same 12GB/256GB configuration, cost INR43,999 and INR45,999, respectively.

Samsung is rumored to be launching the Galaxy S27 Pro alongside the Galaxy S27, Galaxy S27+, and Galaxy S27 Ultra in January. The Pro will apparently be a smaller Ultra, without an S Pen. It's allegedly going to have a 6.47-inch screen, and the same main camera and ultrawide as the Ultra (but a different telephoto).
If you've been wondering what to expect from the Pro in terms of battery capacity, you probably assumed it would be lesser in this area than the Ultra considering its slightly smaller size. The Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 from a couple of years ago received a good-but-not-great Active Use Score of 9:42h. It was dragged down by its so-so web browsing score of 7:56h. Today, we’re testing a newer generation 12.3” tablet from Honor – let’s see if it did any better.
The Honor MagicPad4 has a 12.3” OLED panel with 3,000 x 1,920px resolution and a 10,100mAh battery. The long-awaited Tecno Pova 8 5G finally has a launch date. Today, the brand has announced that the device will be landing in India on June 11 at 12 PM local time.
Tecno has also revealed the phone's design through the short teaser video you can see below. This reveals the fact that the handset has a small dot matrix display on the back, that's integrated into the camera island. The inspiration from Nothing is pretty clear here - dot matrix display aside, there's also the faux transparent look.

Honor has expanded its Play series in China with the silent launch of the Play11 Plus and Play10. Both smartphones come with 7,000mAh batteries and 50MP main rear cameras.

Let’s start with the Play11 Plus, which is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6500 Elite chipset. The handset sports a 6.6-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution, up to 6,500 nits of peak brightness, and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

Infinix initially launched the Smart 20 in some markets in March, and now the brand is finally ready to bring this device to India. It's launching over there on June 8, which is this coming Monday, at 12PM local time. It will be sold on Flipkart.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A27 has already starred in two sets of leaked renders, and was also spotted in the Geekbench database. Now, it's been certified for sale in Singapore by IMDA, and this mandatory regulatory step signifies that its launch is finally getting very near.
The device will unsurprisingly have dual-SIM support, as well as 5G, NFC, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. These are all the details that the certification has revealed about it. According to the aforementioned Geekbench listing, the A27 is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC, paired with 6GB of RAM.

OpenAI's head of countries, George Osborne, said that it will voluntarily comply with President Trump's new AI executive order.
The order, signed by Trump on Tuesday, requests (not orders) access to the latest AI models 30 days before their release. The order was originally drafted to require companies to submit their AI models 90 days before public release. But public pushback and Trump's own publicly-admitted doubts made the change.

On Monday, June 8, Apple will unveil iOS 27, which is widely rumored to contain the revamped AI-infused Siri powered by Google's Gemini models. This has been a very long time coming, with the company first announcing an AI Siri back in June of 2024. That has seen delay after delay, but it's now finally (almost) here.
