These two statements are not otherwise related. If you roll 8 OP for a mission, you can pick up to 8 OP worth of aircraft. How you man them is up to you.

by Galgor Perhaps people find the "starvation" strategy annoying because it feels anti-thematic?I never really tried it in 3p or 4p, because you cannot ramp up number of workers fast enough; and in 2p in depends too much on what buildings come out. And it is easy to counter - so yes, it could be annoying for new players to get beaten by starvation strategy;I am not really sure what a "weird way" to win would be in any game. I find annoying: the others only rolling 6s and I am only having 1s. Strong cards are always revealed when I am not starting player....
