16 December 2025 @ 2:51 am
After launching the Galaxy A07 4G in August, Samsung is now gearing up to introduce the Galaxy A07 5G. The upcoming 5G variant has now surfaced on Geekbench, revealing some of its key specifications.
The phone is listed on Geekbench with the model number SM-A076B, which is said to belong to the Galaxy A07 5G. It is seen to be running Android 16 and has 4GB of RAM.
As per the listing, the phone is equipped with an octa-core processor with six cores at 2.00 GHz and two cores at 2.40 GHz. The details match with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, which also powered the older Galaxy A06...OnePlus confirms new Turbo range, says it will be focused on gaming
16 December 2025 @ 1:01 am
Back in October we started hearing rumors about an upcoming new lineup from OnePlus called Turbo. The full specs for the first device in this line then leaked later that month, and now the company has officially confirmed this series.
Li Jie, President of OnePlus China, took to Weibo to announce the Turbo range, commemorating 12 years of OnePlus' existence. The Turbo devices will "inherit the powerful performance genes" of OnePlus flagships, while leading with the strongest battery life in their class, and providing "an unprecedented gaming experience".

15 December 2025 @ 10:51 pm
Apple is widely rumored to be finally dipping its toes in the foldable smartphone game next year with the device we're calling iPhone Fold (though it's unclear what the official name will turn out to be).
Today on Weibo, the Chinese leaker who goes by Digital Chat Station has decided to share more details about the device. According to him, the iPhone Fold will have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, in typical book-style foldable smartphone fashion.
There won't be Face ID, nor an under-display fingerprint scanner according to this report. The iPhone Fold's main folding screen is...Xiaomi 15 Ultra receives stable HyperOS 3 update based on Android 16
15 December 2025 @ 9:22 pm
Xiaomi's rollout of HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 has finally reached global 15 Ultra units in stable form. The update has arrived on our review unit, which is meant for the European market, as build 3.0.5.0.WOAEUXM. It's a whopping 8.9GB download, so make sure you grab it on a fast enough network, otherwise it could take hours to download.

The full changelog is available in the screenshots below. It's huge, so we won't go into all of it here. But suffice to say, everything Xiaomi promised in its HyperOS 3 release is there. Expect a ton of performance...Samsung will restock the Galaxy Z TriFold later this week
15 December 2025 @ 8:01 pm
The Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold went on sale last week and it sold out in minutes in its home country of South Korea. Locals who missed out the first time around will have another shot – publication The Chosun quotes insiders who say that Samsung will restock in a couple of days.
According to this report, the online store at Samsung.com will have new units available at 10am on Wednesday. Chances are that it will sell out just as fast, so you better act quickly if you want one – it is estimated that only 3,000 Z TriFolds are set aside for the domestic market.
Some offline stores will also...vivo S50 and S50 Pro mini are official with updated designs, new chipsets
15 December 2025 @ 6:31 pm
As expected, the vivo S50 and S50 Pro mini are now official in China as the latest midrange offerings from the brand. Both phones feature updated designs compared to their predecessors and some key spec upgrades.
vivo S50 and S50 Pro mini
vivo S50 gets a slightly smaller 6.59” screen than its predecessor, alongside a more capable Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip. The S50 Pro mini retains the compact 6.31” display and also gets a chip upgrade with the recently announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip SoC.
Both new S50 models get AMOLED displays with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate....Xiaomi is working on a decently slim phone with a 10,000 mAh battery
15 December 2025 @ 5:09 pm
Xiaomi is rumored to be launching quite a few devices by the end of this month, including the Redmi Turbo 5 Pro, which supposedly has a 9,000 mAh battery.
But the company won't be stopping there in terms of battery capacity. According to a new rumor, next year Xiaomi will release a phone with a 10,000 mAh battery that will support 100W wired charging and very fast wireless charging too.
And despite the massive battery, this phone will be less than 8.5mm thick, which is a great achievement in and of itself. Honor is also coming out with a handset with a 10,000 mAh battery and 100W...Honor Play 60A debuts with 5,300mAh battery, Dimensity 6300
15 December 2025 @ 4:04 pm

The...HMD Pearl spotted on Geekbench, might be the Pulse 2 Pro
15 December 2025 @ 3:06 pm
An unknown HMD phone has surfaced on Geekbench – it bears the code name “Pearl”. Pearl was running Android 15 on a Unisoc chip with just 4GB of RAM for the test.
Which chip is that? This appears to be the Unisoc T7250. The listed motherboard “ums9230_6h10” refers to the T606/T615/T616, however, the CPU clock speeds (2x @ 1.82GHz + 6x @ 1.61GHz) indicate that this is the T7250 indeed (the three T6xx chips are 2x @ 1.6GHz + 6x @ 1.6GHz instead). Mali-G57 is the GPU on both the T606 and the T7250.
Geekbench 6.2.2 results: HMD Pearl (the HMD Pulse 2 Pro, perhaps?)
By the way, the...Waze will finally show traffic lights
15 December 2025 @ 2:07 pm
One of the most requested features is finally coming to Waze. We're talking about showing traffic lights. This has been a part of Google Maps for years now, and Google also owns Waze as you may know - but it's taken this long for Waze to start integrating traffic lights for some reason.
For now it's a limited release - Waze is testing the traffic light display feature in Israel. The feature seems to be in early stages. Interestingly, Waze will only show you a maximum of three traffic lights when in navigation mode, presumably to keep the UI from looking too cluttered.
That said, if...videocardz.com
