The lights along the railway arches shine up from the floor into the bedrooms of the houses above and seem to serve no practical function as there are also street lamps. There is a damaged directional fingerpost here (on pavement - outlined in photo), it’s falling apart and in a state of disrepair, the posts are all facing the wrong direction, some are missing. Tourists often stand here looking at it confused. I have reported this umpteen times but nothing is ever done to fix this. Why?
